ZIMRAQ honey comes straight from the comb to the jar. No sugar syrup, no heating, no blending. Just the taste of the flowers our bees worked that season.
Each variety tastes of the flowers it came from. Pick a size, add to cart, and pay when it arrives.
Phulai trees · Punjab foothills
Pale gold and delicate. Stays liquid longer, so it is perfect in tea.
Black seed blossoms
Very dark with a warm, slightly bitter edge from nigella flowers.
Beri trees · Karak, KP
Dark, rich and buttery with a slow caramel finish. Pakistan's most prized honey.
Mountain meadows · Swat
A blend of spring blossoms. Bright, fruity and great on breakfast.
Four steps, done slowly. Nothing between the comb and your spoon except a strainer.
Hives move with the bloom, from Sidr trees in Karak to wildflowers in Swat.
We only take frames once the bees have sealed the cells, which means the honey is ripe.
Cold-spun from the comb and strained through mesh. No heat, no fine filtration.
Filled into glass and sealed with a batch number you can trace back to the harvest.
Our promise
Most cheap honey is blended with sugar syrup. Ours isn't. Here is what you should expect from a jar of ZIMRAQ.
Raw honey naturally turns grainy in cold weather. Warm the jar in water below 40°C and it flows again.
Pure honey falls in a thick ribbon and piles up before it settles.
Colour and taste shift with the season and the flowers. That variation is a sign it is natural.
One ingredient: honey. No preservatives, flavours or sweeteners.
That is crystallization, and it happens to raw honey. Place the closed jar in warm water (not boiling) for 15–20 minutes and stir. Never microwave it.
Yes. You can pay cash when your order arrives, anywhere we deliver in Pakistan.
Orders usually arrive in 2–4 working days in major cities and 4–6 days elsewhere.
Keep the lid closed and store at room temperature away from sunlight. No need to refrigerate; cold speeds up crystallization.
No. Do not give honey of any kind to children under 12 months old.
